What type of base flip flops do you use?
We use Cariris flip flops, the world’s finest Brazilian rubber flip flops.  Rubber, as opposed to foam or plastic, is the most comfortable and durable material that can be used for flip flop sandals.  Because rubber is more pliable, you’ll notice that you won’t find visible foot imprints in the footbeds, and that the soles can withstand a lot more wear and tear!

What sizes do your flip flops come in?
Our girls’ flip flops come in sizes 9/10 (toddlers), 11/12, 13, and 1/2.  Our women’s FLAT style flip flops are available in sizes 4, 5/6, 7, 8/9, 10, and size 11/12 in all of our color choices but pink.  Our women’s WEDGE style flip flops are available in sizes 5/6, 7, 8/9, and 10.

How do the sizes run?
Our children’s sizes have been reported to run true to shoe size.  Our women’s sizes can run a tad on the larger side.  For example, since the flip flops do not come in half sizes, if your true shoe size is a 7 ½, order a size 7 flip flop.  Keep in mind that with any rubber flip flop, the bone and soft tissue structure of each individual’s foot will affect how the shoe fits, but the fine rubber quality ensures flexibility and comfort.

Are there discounts available for large or group orders?
Yes.  This is done on an individual order basis for bridal party orders, or group orders of 8 pairs or more of the same design.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns unless the package is unopened.  If there is an error on our part with the final flip flop product design, please notify us and we will rectify the situation.  If you have questions regarding a product, please feel free to contact us prior to placing an order.
